After receiving all required documents, appraisals, and credit reports, our underwriting team conducts a detailed review. You’ll either receive a concise list of conditions to clear or a “clear to close” — signaling that your loan has been fully approved.

Closing

We coordinate directly with title to finalize all closing logistics — including scheduling the closing date and ensuring all documents are in order. Our team keeps communication open and transparent so you can close with confidence and certainty.
